⚠️ Battery Removal Required: You must remove the lithium-ion battery from your handheld x-ray before shipping. Shipping an undeclared lithium-ion battery via UPS is a violation of UPS shipping terms and federal law (U.S. DOT/PHMSA and FAA regulations). We cannot accept units shipped with the battery installed.
